CANCELLED ORDERS

If you placed an order and wish to cancel, you can send us an email customerservice@brooklyn-blvd.com to submit your request.  Please understand that we do not offer refunds on cancelled orders.  You will receive store credit to be used at a later time.  

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Please refer to the label inside the item for specific care instructions as each item will be different.  A good rule of thumb is you can always wash your items in cold water on delicate cycle and hang to dry.  We will do our best to avoid items that are dry clean only.  

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a defective item, please contact us customerservice@brooklyn-blvd.com within 7 business days of receiving your order.  Please include details about the defect and include pictures.  A member of our team will respond within 24-48 hours. 

EXCHANGES

Since inventory is ever changing, we are unable to offer exchanges.  However, if the item or size you need is still available, the best option would be to go ahead and purchase again and then initiate a return.  Once the return is received (and meets return policy criteria) you will receive store credit to which you can spend with us at a later time.  

FINAL SALE ITEMS

  • Items ending in .99
  • Items purchased with a discount/coupon code (with the exception of first order)
  • Swimwear
  • Hats
  • Hair Accessories
  • Bralettes
  • Beauty products
  • Food 
  • Holiday Apparel
  • Holiday Decor

If you send back any of the above mentioned items you will not receive store credit and you will be responsible for return shipping if you decide to have the item sent back to you.

GIVEAWAYS

If you are the lucky recipient of a Brooklyn Blvd giveaway, please email us customerservice@brooklyn-blvd.com.  Please note that giveaways are sent out once a month.

LOCAL PICKUPS

If you are local and wish to pickup, the bin will be available outside between the hours of 9am-7pm.*  Please email for pick up address.

 

All pickups will be available the next business day once email confirmation for order has been received.  Please do not try to pickup an order if you have not yet received confirmation.

*Special pickup times are available upon request.  Please email customerservice@brooklyn-blvd.com.

RETURNS

Should you receive an item you wish to return, you will have 7 days from the date you receive it to contact us via email customerservice@brooklyn-blvd.com.  From that date you will have an additional 7 days to return the item to us.   (The return must be postmarked within 7 days after contacting us.). The return shipping cost is at the responsibility of the customer.  You will only be refunded the cost of the item.  

All items must be returned in the condition they were received.  Items must be unworn, unwashed, and odor free.  Returns should be sent to the address given when you receive your approval.

 

SHIPPING

We offer $6.50 flat rate shipping and free standard shipping for all US orders of $150 or more.  

When your order is successfully submitted, our team will get your order packed within 1-2 business days.  Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. There may also be processing delays in shipping following sale events and peak shopping days.  

If you have a missing package, please allow 24 hours from the time the tracking shows your package as delivered for your package to arrive.  If 24 hours has passed and your package has still not arrived, please reach out to your local post office first for additional information.  

If a package is not delivered due to incorrect address provided to us, we are not liable.  

SIZING GUIDE

We carry multiple brands where sizing may vary so it’s very difficult for us to offer an exact size guide.  However we will do our best to answer all your questions as they relate to sizing and you can always email us customerservice@brooklyn-blvd.com for additional questions.
